A liquid that was found against a liquid that was designed

Formulated products can be sold dry, which changes the economics completely. A sachet or a tablet ships a few grams instead of half a litre, the buyer supplies the water, and the ingredients themselves are commodity salts and sugars that cost very little, which is why making one in a kitchen is so much cheaper than buying it ready-mixed.
